Flange connections are most widely used in pipelines, building structures, mechanisms due to their strength, reliability and durability. Stainless steel flanges also have resistance to aggressive environments, high pressure ( up to 40 MPa ) and temperatures.

WHAT FLANCE TYPES DETECTLY ALFA-STAR COMPANY

We produce and supply the most common types of stainless flanges made of AISI 304 steel ( 08X18N10 ), AISI 316 ( 03X17N12M2 ), 12X18N10T, 10. In our assortment:

• welded flanges DIN and GOST. These pair parts are welded to the pipe ends with two seas and tightened with bolts. To ensure maximum tightness and uniformity of pressure distribution in the connection between the flanges, a gasket is installed. Work at a pressure of up to 2.5 MPa;
• collar flanges DIN and GOST. The collar's end is welded to the pipe. High-hermetic compound withstands pressure up to 40 MPa;
• free flanges are stainless and silomine. They are included in the kit of the connecting unit, which also includes the side-chibu ( collar, selection ). Her end is welded to the end of the pipe, on which a free flange is previously worn. Flanges are pulled together by fasteners. Compounds with free flanges are used in hard-to-reach sections of the pipeline with the need for frequent repairs and maintenance. Silumin flanges are used in areas with a working pressure of up to 1 MPa, since their strength is much lower than the stainless;
• DIN and GOST flange plugs blocking the operating flow;
• flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. Steel is used on tense sections of the pipeline; for less responsible, paronite, Teflon, EPDM gaskets are used.
