APPLICATION OF PRIVARY FITINGS

Welded fittings are used to create fixed sealed joints. They are installed:

• in sections of pipelines with stressful operating conditions for which leakage of the working environment ( aggressive and abrasive environments, high pressure and temperature, vibration, shock and other mechanical loads ) is unacceptable;
• in areas that do not require constant maintenance.

The assortment of our company includes welded stainless steel fittings AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.12 ( 08 ) X18N10T, 03X17N14M2T according to DIN and GOST standards in a wide range of sizes at competitive prices. We offer:

• stainless collars for docking pipes of different diameters and connecting containers. Compounds with free flanges are included. The combination of the collar and free flange allows you to use the latter in the version of cheaper material. Provide almost complete tightness;
• bends for creating pipeline turns at a given angle, most often at 90 °. In our catalog — 90o electric welded DIN and seamless GOST. Welded ones are used in less responsible sections of the pipeline, since the weld of the welding reduces their strength;
• steel stainless passages to create a smooth and safe transition from one pipe diameter to another. We offer transitions DIN and GOST concentration for docking pipes with matching axes and eccentric for areas with displaced axes;
• welded electric welded DIN and seamless GOST for the distribution of the flow of the working environment;
• stalls made of steel elliptical DIN and GOST to create dead end branches of the pipeline. They are also used as bottles of containers. The elliptical configuration creates the correct pressure distribution in the pipeline, which allows you to withstand hydraulic shock. Work at a load of up to 16 MPa.
